WHO I AM

I have dedicated my career to serving children, youth, and adults in the community settings in which they live and thrive. Having been in the non-profit sector for ten years, I believe optimal understanding of justice, diversity, equity and inclusion can only be attained through providing equitable, culturally responsive, high quality pedagogy. My personal and professional foundation in psychological perspectives on education has provided me with a solid base to continue work on leadership, organizational change and creating equity and excellence for all individuals. I am passionate about supporting JEDI efforts in the outdoors and beyond. This website is intended for educators and community members to access resources that will help in creating equity and diversity in the outdoors as well as providing information on how to create natural play environments
